Support improvement and mentoring of human resources in the Early Childhood Care Centers (CAIPI) in Panama

It is necessary to update and strengthen care practices and quality standards to measure pedagogical processes and practices.
Solution
Develop and implement an Improvement and Mentoring Program for teachers in MIDES Early Childhood Centers.
Support teachers to comply with the pedagogical and assistance guidelines established by the National Curriculum from 0 to 3 years of age, in order to improve their application and contribute to the fulfillment of quality standards in their area of pedagogical process and practice.
