The Early Childhood Development (ECD) Innovation Fund is an alliance to finance, design, implement and evaluate innovative and scalable solutions to improve the lives of children in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). The Fund benefits children from zero to five (0-5) years of age and their families in the most vulnerable populations in the region, to help close gaps and reduce inequality.

The Fund is coordinated and administered by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), in alliance with the FEMSA Foundation, the Bernard Van Leer Foundation, the María Cecilia Souto Vidigal Foundation, and Porticus. Currently, there is a portfolio of 25 projects located in 10 countries, including this Knowledge Hub and a Community of Practice for the entire region.
